For single bookings (up to 3 rooms)
- Cancellation up to 1 week before check-in date is free
- Cancellation from 6 days before check-in date is charged with 50% of the total price
- Cancellation 1 day before check-in date is charged with 100% of the total price
For group bookings (more than 3 rooms)
- Cancellation or reduction of rooms up to 21 days before check-in date is free
- Cancellation or reduction of rooms 20 and 14 days before check-in date is charged with 50% of the total price
- Cancellation or reduction of rooms less than 14 days before check-in date is charged with 100% of the total price
